
Been with GE for 3 years. The 1st 2 years were extremely hard and personally challenging due to the GE "Good Old Boy" Network. If you did not agree with everything they said, you were dismissed as not able or knowledgeable about the topic and they were very vocal within their network.
Can be challenging, but rewarding.
Very hard to become part of the team and seen capable due to internal networks and clubs that do not allow others in easily.
