I have taken on more responsibility but have the same salary for the last 3 years
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to make an impact on the business outcomes I wish to influence. When I can help someone achieve their outcomes that they desire
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has been a tough go of it with downsizing, reorgs, etc. The most positive aspect of the culture is the true desire to be transparent & humble. It's not just talk...I can feel the evolution
