Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Unfulfilling. Empty. Dead end. Hopeless.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Smart. Talented. Friendly. Committed. Resourceful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Safety. Safety. Safety. Safety. Safety.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Safety. Safety. Safety. Safety. Safety.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Senior Executive GE Leadership behaviors.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary compression, no career growth, no career outlook, no focus on what matters to long term business survival, only quarterly outlook.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No career growth. Company focus on short-term cost and there is no strategy for long-term success or how to position the company today for long-term success.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The only plan for the future is reduce cost to survive. That is a poor outlook for having a long career in this business. For a "technology" business, there is more focus on "cost out" then "technology."
