able to innovate new process that is helpful for the shop either by increasing automation and speed or driving more clarity in reports

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

severely overworked due to headcount cut and incessant demands on reports, sometimes multiple files on the same metric. No pay increment in 2020 even though complexity and workload has risen significantly. Maybe a pay increment, maybe another headcount will be better, or a mandatory break.
