What do you like best about the leadership team?

Good communication. Open and Transparent. NOticed culture change that people are becoming more humble.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is not equitable. Several people with far more experience and expertise underpaid relative to newcomers.

What makes you most happy at work?

1. Making a difference in energy transition. 2. Respect from coworkers 3. Equitable and fair compensation/benefits. Respect for weekends/evenings... not there yet, but that is a goal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Culture - I love Larry Culp's culture change. We should be willing to put issues in front. That culture was not there. I see changes in the right direction. People are showing more humility. Expertise and wilingness to help.
