People, the team, be a people leader. Empowerment culture and personal values identification with GE Leadership Values.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency and care for the team. Also they are smart and has a really good level of finance knowledge.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I am 3 years at same position, but it changed a lot, so I fell always learning on the job and willing to receive new challenges. Teamwork is another important thing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

2020 was a hard year for everyone, when the salary planning was not in place, and in additional, my scope grows YoY. I am sure that leadership has this in consideration.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Take more care about the creation of an workaholic culture, reviewing deeper team overload, this could be creating a system-behavior GAP in a company as GE that cares about work-life balance. Other suggestion is define more clear segregation of R & R between C?
