Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is clearly below market value, being in range is my expectation.

I was underpaid for years and I feel my pay was suppressed up through the pension freeze. Since then an adjustment was made and my salary is closer to market...but the cumulative damage to my retirement savings is real.
