Flexible work timing, priority to personal safety, no individual pressure of work as such..
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing best as such... Paying enough for work I do.. But I see there is not big differentiation to talent
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know GE is running into troubled waters and doing theit best to sail through this. They may be not 100% right in their approach but I believe they are trying... At least I hope so..
