I´m overall satisfied. We just need to balance the daily work with the personal life. Since Covid the quantity and duration of meetings have grown exponentially. No time to do the work unless multitasking

EHS and Integrity Cultures. Those two make the difference
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not part of the package however I like the fact I can do my job 100% from home.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Support functions have lost their goal. They are there to support those who are in front of the Customers, not the opposite.
