The bonus was a nice addition in past years, even when business metrics didn't meet threshold.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility in both hours worked (time of day) and working from home, even pre-pandemic, is an appreciated perk.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Different teams are focused on different goals - they may all align to cost out, increased sales, productivity and so on but systemic improvement and big swings are not possible with each serving their own KPIs.
