My direct leadership team is concerned with my success as a person and an employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was the pension...but that is gone now. The compensation package portion that is best now is the pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Metrics drive behavior that is counterproductive. teams work in silos and are more interested in hitting their metrics than doing what is best for the customer and business
