Good group and good support. Often feels like Parts is lauded for financial performance but staff is underpaid and under valued. A bit of an island to itself, but a "safe" place to be.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regular pay raises. Raises canceled two out of three years (GE and Alstom). Not such a battle where you have to fight for every dime for you and your employees. Not fair you need to short high performing employees to try to bring up underpaid employees. Very hard when your employees could make b
