Quality is bad. Not enough and not skilled persons. Leadership asking the impossible with limited resources.

Put quality first. Give the people the ability to deliver good outcome. Enough and qualified persons to do the job.

Recurrent issues are not fixed. We see problems coming, but nothing is done to avoid them to materialize. Everybody is in fire fighting mode.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Get enough ressources with required skills to execute the projects as needed. Avoid short term cost saving generating massive future overrun and pressurizing employees to run after this.
