I have been part of the GE Family for 10 years. And yes, I consider GE a family; I spent a third of each day at work and I have never regretted choosing GE. There have been ups and downs for me personally and also for the organization, but our genuine commitment to a better world keeps us going!

My work makes me happy. Connecting with other colleagues to drive solutions for the organization. Celebrating our wins, but also paying attention to where we need to improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
EVERYTHING! Lol. In particular, the housing & car allowances provided in my country go a long way to provide needed support in an environment where housing is very expensive and public transportation is very limited.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The willingness to listen and learn, and openness to diversity of thought and opinion. I also love the deliberate focus and application of continuous improvement and taking clear action on areas of improvement from people and operational impacts.
