Being aware of daily working difficulties overpassed by people doing very often work beyond their responsibilities.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe understand deeper specificities by product lines. Stop pushing work to LC countries as generate many extra work to experts. Analyse numbers using the full lifecycle, not only the quoted price to take decision.
