What makes you most happy at work?
Having managed to accomplish the almost impossible in meeting my customer's expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company provides a family like atmosphere and that is irreplaceable. Many of my friends that have left the company have found the culture and environment vastly different outside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Per market value, I know I am under compensated. The only thing that keeps me here is the current flexibility that I enjoy to balance home and work. Also, it irks me that even when I am rewarded using corporate rewards, I only receive a portion.
