I enjoy the people and the different abilities they bring to the table.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raises have been scant. Current pay has barely been accounting for inflation.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people, daily challenges to solve, and ability to help sites and people do their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The forward progression toward safety and value of human life over money. While I believe this was still the priority in previous years, broadly communicating this and improving the culture to speak to acts against safety moves in a better direction.
