less appreciation (not recognition), unrealistic targets/workloads, no burnout management, limited budget

Strengthen the basics: reduce quality issue, bring back the pride in people, etc

Fix the quality issues is the first step, everything else will fall in
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I used to feel more at home at work than at home, now, everyone seem to be overloaded with the problem of their own and unable to help each other.
