unlimited to US employees, however the work load and constant-crisis mode means that taking time off is extremely challenging. Genesys moved from PTO to open time off since employees were unable to take their allotted vacation time

In the Us - Vacations are not limited - anyone can take all the vacatiins days needed. In the other countries, the law of single countries are rigorously observed or exeeced.
