Open and fair leadership who reward employees.

You have access to weekly meetings for mentorship and metrics to see what areas you are doing good in vs what you can work on.

I like that my direct manager fells like she is on my side and I know I can trust her to give honest feedback and good coaching!

Translating the big picture strategy into actual priorities based on a realistic assessment of our strengths and gaps.

Transparency, extreme lack of communication and poor business decisions. Very poor internal mobility and promotions are selected based on favoritism versus merit

Have some empathy towards employee. Don't just use and throw.

Being more direct on path forward of the company. We were told partnerships would be leveraged to grow the business and be more successful. That actually meant was half of the PureConnect product line employees were being let go in the Infosys partnership only to be replaced by new infosys employees

I'm a 20 plus year employee, received very little increases throughout my years of employment. I was given more work however was promised opportunities of growth and I am continuing to wait for them.

Company has no core values or standards.

While compensation and benefits are a complete package, they have great benefits, compensation is lower compared to everyone else. Then they promise to fix it, and don't.

The empathy and positivity of most all people is contagious. If you come to work with a negative attitude, you do stand out, because it is such a happy vibe.

Be transparent in real world don't just talk on email and papers.

Better and more direct communication, and actually stick too it. Far to many times promises were made and then broken. Lead to people losing trust in the company and management, creating a negative atmosphere.

The interview process is very organized

It had momentum and clear next steps.

1:1 conversations rather than artificial group interviews.

Got to meet a variety of people, yet it never felt like an interrogation. Very friendly and casual conversations.

It was quick and efficient, and my prior experience as a contractor was leveraged.

Nothing really. We are not a public company, so we don't get stock. That is really the "only" downside of Genesys. Other than that the "little g" is a cool place to work.

In office perks such as snacks, meals, and amenities could be greatly improved.
