Open and fair leadership who reward employees.
You have access to weekly meetings for mentorship and metrics to see what areas you are doing good in vs what you can work on.
I like that my direct manager fells like she is on my side and I know I can trust her to give honest feedback and good coaching!
people are friendly and smart
Translating the big picture strategy into actual priorities based on a realistic assessment of our strengths and gaps.
Transparency, extreme lack of communication and poor business decisions. Very poor internal mobility and promotions are selected based on favoritism versus merit
Have some empathy towards employee. Don't just use and throw.
Being more direct on path forward of the company. We were told partnerships would be leveraged to grow the business and be more successful. That actually meant was half of the PureConnect product line employees were being let go in the Infosys partnership only to be replaced by new infosys employees

Better Management practice and realistic project timing
the benefits are the best in my opinion but not stock / RSU

Market comparable compensation package with a good bonus structure.
The Bonus structure is good
Salary is the best part.
Comissions, salary, previdency plan and healthy plan.
I'm a 20 plus year employee, received very little increases throughout my years of employment. I was given more work however was promised opportunities of growth and I am continuing to wait for them.
Company has no core values or standards.
While compensation and benefits are a complete package, they have great benefits, compensation is lower compared to everyone else. Then they promise to fix it, and don't.

Diverse and distributed around the world
My team has great chemistry. We all know our roles and how we can help
Be transparent to your employee. Leadership team is giving sweets with one hand and back stabbing with other.
Communication within each department and clients
Company promotes empathy to employee,
Good teamwork and support with projects
Very progressive and innovative approach
The empathy and positivity of most all people is contagious. If you come to work with a negative attitude, you do stand out, because it is such a happy vibe.
Open, embraces diversity and is very team oriented.
Be transparent in real world don't just talk on email and papers.
Better and more direct communication, and actually stick too it. Far to many times promises were made and then broken. Lead to people losing trust in the company and management, creating a negative atmosphere.

Hold on to good employees and stop hiring contractors
We are in transition due to a large acquisition. We need to finish harmonizing portions of the business (compensation structure, benefits...

The interview process is very organized
It had momentum and clear next steps.
1:1 conversations rather than artificial group interviews.
Got to meet a variety of people, yet it never felt like an interrogation. Very friendly and casual conversations.
It was quick and efficient, and my prior experience as a contractor was leveraged.
HR is absolutely unprofessional and does not know anything about labor law
Working for a company that promotes empathy and stability to employees,
Working with the latest technology to support our customers needs.
I really like the environment and culture
The ability to be a free-thinker, offer differing views or concepts and build my career and growth.
Solving challenging problems all the time
The company needs to value loyal employees
hyper-growth, progressive culture, great people
The scope of the work and the quality of the people.
My coworkers are awesome!!!! Love them.
increased diversity among women and underrepresented groups across the workforce and among our leadership ranks
Nothing really. We are not a public company, so we don't get stock. That is really the "only" downside of Genesys. Other than that the "little g" is a cool place to work.
In office perks such as snacks, meals, and amenities could be greatly improved.
