Listening to employees; hiring less Upper management and more people to actually do the work. Company is extremely top heavy and continues to pile on more.

It is not about feeling undervalued b/c I know who I am and I know what I bring to the table. It is about being fair to what I bring to the table.

I just want to get fair wage. I am an hourly employee so no perks, With the new re-construction/execution of our Team (West Region)more responsibility was added to me and no talk of any pay increase.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the overall vibe here at Global is positive, we come to work even on our bad day with a smile on our face and knowing that we have job to do and we must still do our part...it's not personal it's business
