What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have better project planning as there is no protocol thats followed. Many projects at same time with small time period, this should be prevented. We are asked to work on weekend. Excess work but no appreciation just bombarding. No motivation. Managers don't talk in a respectful manner when conflict

I'm happy with what I'm getting paid as per my tenure, skill and work I do.

Living in Nevada gotten allot higher, my last increased was last year

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
CEOS managers should concentrate more on efforts put in working by employees rather than just hours in office, also value work from home contributions - which is not really favored - with the current pandemic being an exception.

nothing wrong, just sometimes you know you are going into a day with more than can be handled.

As mentioned before. And we don't even get comp off for working on weekends. No support from the Company even during the Covid pandemic except that we are working from home.
