aside from salary, the medical is pretty good. The free lunch and snacks are much appreciated. I really wish there was fitness/health membership discount + caltrain passes. My last company paid for our GoPasses for Caltrain and that took significant stress off commuting.

The best thing about our team is that we all have an interest in one another's personal development and recognises each other's strengths and weaknesses. We are also always willing to help each other out when needed to.

I have the most collaborative, cooperative, supportive team anyone could ask for! We work hard to meet deliverables by the deadline, often helping each other out and playing the role of back-up. More importantly, the team takes the attitude of planning ahead and being proactive.
