Show empathy to really listen to what employees are asking, demonstrate greater humility to separate their achievements, from those conquered by the whole company, and be more daring, courageous and bold when setting standards, defining visions and setting goals. BE LESS REACTIVE.

Find a more genuine, organic voice. Communication has become so corporate, so stiff, that's almost impossible to draw any insights from what they (ever so rarely) tell us. Leadership at Globant needs to be more inspirational, more motivational, and - especially - less rigid.
