Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees who have been with Gogo a long time are making less than new ones and leadership does little to catch them up. Disincentives the proven talent at the company.

My job allows me to work independently and in a group setting. I can prioritize my responsibilities and make a game plan accordingly.
