This is a much more aggressive work environment than I am used to and it is worth it because they pay you to be successful. If you are willing to work hard, you will be paid well.

I love working here because you are not babysat. It's your business and you run it and as long as you meet the company goals, you are left to make your money! I love the comradery and the independence that we are allotted. They are also very flexible when you need time off! Love it here so much!

We are more like family and we support and cheer each other on and we hold each other up when we are doing well, but we are also there when we need encouragement.

Honestly, we control our own paychecks. You work to fund and you get paid!! Best compensation package I have seen and I have worked at several companies that do things similar and completely different. You can truly work as much as you want to make as much as you want!
