What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the Health/Medical is fine. PTO should be combined Sick /VACA as one - I should not have to explain why I am taking PTO. It feels invasive and OLD School.. GoodLeap provides the least amount of PTO up front than any previous employers I have had. Also no paternity benefits just STD.
