I love the people I work with which is the reason I have stayed. I think that there needs to be improvement on compensation for most of the employees. That would make it so we keep a lot more employees and give them a even bigger reason to stay here, and to join the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are a lot of company's willing to pay 20 thousand more than what I am getting now. I feel as though Goodleap does not have competitive pay compared to a lot of other companies.
