The company is turning into a more call center vibe and I truly am looking elsewhere as I don't see how to grow within the company.
when first hired the training was extremely unprofessional. The work environment was not set up to succeed. The pay does not match the work load. Upper leadership seems to not be diverse in gender or race. All upper management seem to only care about metrics
