I really value our company's mission and value and it's what excites me to work everyday. But I do feel overworked and underpaid. The department and team are good but lots of micromanagement goes around. It's really difficult to stay positive when we get little to no support.

We work great together but the job is very independently worked.

I believe is working from home and having the ability to do so.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The case load that we have has increased immensely within over a year and the KPI's that are set are not always achievable. The cost of living and inflation has been higher. I don't agree with getting a pay increase on a promotional basis and not annually when the company has set record profits.
