I'm relatively new so still forming opinions. I was very please with the formal onboarding program allowing time to learn, shadow, and acclimate before getting an official assignment. I now have an assignment and am learning more about the company and the operations on a daily basis.

They engage at the "working level", are industry leaders, but are also very down to earth

My salary is is best part of my compensation package. A bit disappointed in the vacation policy, as well as the individual cost of benefits.

They are all bright, motivated to come to work each day and give their best, supportive and collaborative. Additionally, everyone likes to keep it light and have some fun.
