What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's a decent comp package. Not dramatically better than other companies I have worked for, but certainly nothing to complain about. I am quite satisfied.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing is going wrong. While the company itself is wonderful, the job is very emotionally and mentally taxing. It's not something I am "excited" to do, but that doesn't mean it isn't a good job. It is.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Managers are engaged and accessible. I never feel like I am left out to dry. I genuinely love working here. Not because the of the job itself, but because of the managers, and some of the co workers.
