I believe in our mission values with going green for the planet. I feel burned out and under paid which is a daily struggle. Micro managing and poor communication creates for an unpleasant experience. The negativity cloud that loops in the department is challenging and demotivating .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The expectation has increased and a greater work load is consistently added as well. The cost of living has increased and also inflation has occurred as well but the pay stays the same. This business model seems like it is undermining the employees with the low level pay structure that is provided.
