Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that with the inflation rate that we are going through right now. I do feel that at some point raises should be discussed, especially during a yearly review.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I have security & with that my performance is out of this world & I am able to focus fully on making sure that my customer is taken care of.
