Every one is so helpful and looks out for each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay days are ridiculous, they should be changed to bi-weekly pay. The hours of operation are ridiculous there is no time to get business handled because we work bank hours and the managers make it a issue when you need to request time off,
