Everyone seems to be on the same page. Bad attitudes and negativity are contagious and I haven't seen it happen here yet

They always inspire me and are leaders. From my manager all the way up. Positive mindsets. I have always been excited about the future of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sometimes a loan for someone is lifechanging. Knowing the impact it will have once completed is a great feeling. I like being able to participate in that.
