Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired as a remote worker. My schedule and monthly expenses have now dramatically changed because of being forced to work in the office. I took a pay cut for this job because it was remote and I wouldn't have to pay for gas and child care. I need to make more money or go back to 100% remote.
