Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

i love working here but i do not like how the way management does things and the lack of appreciation. i love helping customers and i have an amazing manager but what happens above her that effects my pay i dislike.

What are some of the best things about your team?

i lov ehow caring and respectful they are

so much work to be handled there isnt much down time

What makes you most happy at work?

i know i can make a positive impact in a customers life

my manager in general makes sure my mental health and well being is ok

What are some of the best things about your team?

when i have questions they are all friendly and ready to assist and they can tell when i am having a rough day and uplift me. with these changes my mental health is taking a toll scared month to month

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i feel that we as a team work hard and in the field we are in we do not have many options for our customers like insurance on the loans to help during hard times and losing bonuses bc of the structure hurts!

i have been here 8 months everytime i get down the qa/bonus structure its changed and i cant even pay my rent on time every month. The way we get told is always a rushed situation never lets train lets do soft qa during the transition until everyone does better. losing bonuses hurts

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

this new change with the dialer has too much down time we dont get the text file until 2-3 hours after shift starts calls are slow skiptracing can be overwelming when the relatives are angry we are bothering them. i just got down how to get my dials per hr and it changed again frustrating

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The main focus at this company is to point out everyone's downfalls and downplays. There is not a week that goes by where an employee is recognized , Absolutely no appreciation. Dreadful to come into work to be put down daily. The changes never are told in a timely manner and we are gna struggle fin
