I enjoy working at a company that cares about the environment. My coworkers are great (for the most part). The downside is the lack of a fair wage. Benefits are okay, PTO and time off is not comparable to other companies that are in the same industry as GoodLeap.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my coworkers are great! I enjoy working with the coworkers who have a team work attitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's mission is the most positive for me. I believe in solar and I love the fact that I work at a place that plays a part in changing the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitors of GoodLeap are paying ~$7 per hour more for similar roles. I am unable to rent a studio or efficiency with what GoodLeap pays me. I am fortunate enough to have family members that allow me to live with them, but if it weren't for that then I would be homeless.
