I have been in the industry for 20 years and i can honestly say, Processing is the best in the industry, amazing. Everyone in management and processing has been very helpful. They get the job done and are great to work with. Great attitudes. Fun and exciting constest's for sales.

It's based on units not volume.

It's hard to describe but all i can say is, it's a great dynamic. Super chill as long as you're doing your part, no one bugs you, no micro management.

It's a small group. it's almost a bit exclusive to be in this position. And everyone has a great attitude. I don't hear anyone being negative. People are comfortable and happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not needing to worry about volume but instead units. In this market, it's tougher to close big loans. It's nice to know we can still make a lot based on units performance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i can come in and not worry about leads. The phones always ring no matter how high the interest rates are. Very efficient underwriting and processing with a lot of new opportunities to originate loans. It really is awesome.
