Although a small portion... having equity in the company has driven me to be more consious about driving value in my everyday work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have a competitiveness within our group that at times can bring about contention when not bridled the right way. All in all I'd say we are no worse than any other place but we have opportunity to improve this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like our leadership within my team truly cares about us individually. Its one thing to say it but another to show it through daily interaction. Although not perfect I think there is a true "Leaders Eat Last" mentality within our leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The C level / manager leadership of our group makes coming to work everyday a true blessing. The company apparel and swag is great. Id say the company ethos around Good for Life Earth And Prosperity is lived by. Im proud to say I work for Goodleap. Ive never been able to say that in my career
