Working on interesting engineering problems while having agency to decide and inform on how to tackle them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am compensated fairly within the market range I'd expect. Bonus decisions are sensible and have positively added to my overall compensation package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely thoughtful and open about how we build the best company possible. Feedback and discussion is welcomed and there is very little bureaucracy at play with respect to sharing ideas and opinions.
