I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. I work with and for the best people. My management team is so fun and supportive. My colleagues are always helpful and knowledgeable. The leadership team has wonderful communication and I feel heard. I look forward to my career developing with GoodLeap.

My insurance costs are low.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do think we should receive annual raises based on our performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are wonderful. You couldn't meet a nicer group of people. Everyone is so caring and understanding.

We all work together. We all pitch in and help if someone needs it. It's a true team effort.

Helping my team! Also, making sure I am doing my best to help the company move forward and achieve our goals.

Everything. I love what I do. My management team is wonderful. I love all of my coworkers. I truly work with the most amazing people and I absolutely love everything I do!

They are very in touch with what every department does. They show their appreciation. Also, I love our meetings where we get to hear the vision for the company and to be inspired by the most recent treks.

We all have each other's back. We help each other out and make sure we are all succeeding. Like Hayes says, if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together. Our department is definitely going to go far. We are very successful.

We are here to provide a great customer experience and assist them with their loans in an efficient manner. All of our meetings with Hayes are so inspirational. You can tell how much he believes in what we do, and that we are all here to contribute to something bigger.
