Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we got annual raises or if the company at least contributed to our 401k, I'd feel better valued.

No annual raises and no retirement contributions makes me feel that Goodleap doesn't have an interest in retaining me as an employee.
