It is a family vibe even with a large team and being remote

The Bonus structure isn't predictable and I haven't gotten a raise in 6 years

We have a good time and can make each other laugh. We also support each other

They are always trying to do better. We get to do quarterly outings with our Supervisors and lunch for people that are in the office
