My experience at the company has been good overall but the compensation is the most discouraging thing about it. I have worked here for 3 years now and have only ever received one raise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with this company for a few years now and have received one raise only due to my then position being reshaped. There is no incentive to stay long term with this company as even a lot of the promotions within departments only come with a slight raise but a lot more responsibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe we are compensated enough for the work we are expected to do. Our compensation does not cover cost of living. I work a second job to pay my bills so that put me at working at 7 days a week to support myself and I know others who work at GoodLeap who have to do the same.
