What are some of the best things about your team?
When there are problems we all band together to figure out and solve the issue as quickly as possible for our stakeholders.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. I love the job, I love the work environment - but most of all, I love working with my team. We laugh almost every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have never heard, "that's not my job". There is occasionally, "I don't really know, let's find out". But if I have a situation, I can ask anyone for help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that even though I don't have a sales role, when the company does well sales-wise, we have the opportunities for bonuses. I've never had that in a non-sales role before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, I love the leadership team. Some of my team has 1:1 with our/their manager, but I have never had a regular one. That sometimes has me feeling a little left-out, and I'm not sure how to request it without feeling/seeming needy.
