Company has been amazing in the past and somewhere I recommended amongst anyone. But it seems the care for employment has become a last concern versus previously employees felt appreciated. Overall GoodLeap is a great company and with the right changes would an exceptional place to work.

How efficient I have become at my job as well as the availability to help the customers that are in need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Starting in the current role at the current compensation, more and more work has come upon the role. Over the longevity of my career at GoodLeap there has been no performance review or any word of higher compensation for any extra work or efficiency given to us. Does not promote motivation in role.
