What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other to learn things to be able to replace a teammate when he's on leave and there something important to do and he did it before.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more organised, i think: my direct manager is not working in the same team as I am, day by day. It's a pretty complicated relationship. On the other side, my manager is all about the people and he's awesome but he simply cannot know lots of things regarding what I'm doing.
