My overall experience is great! This is the first company that I have worked at that actually recognizes hard work, rewards it and what we do on a daily basis gets noticed. I have been promoted 3 times within 2 1/2 yrs here b/c they cared to pay attention to me and see my value add to this company.

Stable salary with opportunity for bonuses when the company meets their goals.

We respect each other, enjoy working together and collaborate well together. We are always trying to improve.

Helping where I can to make sure we are successful as we can be. Working with my team they are the best!

Working as a team! I am in a constant state of learning and I get to learn from my fellow co workers and the brilliant minds of our executive leaders.

Collaboration with all teams across the organization. Everyone is treated as equally as important from EVP to Loan Officer Assistant. We all have a voice and are assets to this company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They care about helping out the world and making it a better place. They give to Give Power that builds solar water wells around the world and are giving people a change for survival. It's inspiring!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team cares about all of the employees that work for them; they encourage growth within the company and support a work and home life balance. That is hard to find in the financial industry, but Loanpal nails it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is that we care about people. We encourage mentorship between manager and employee. We also care about the environmental aspect of providing solar to 1000's of homes and supporting the clean energy to make the world a better place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get a quarterly bonus along with the other Loanpal managers if we hit goals as a company. This keeps us all in the loop on the goals of the company as a whole and doing our part to assist in reaching those goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to solve problems; we listen and I believe that everyone on our team has a voice and they are heard. We respect each other and there isn't ever any of the blame game or yelling at each other. We balance each other out and hold each other accountable.
